Andalusia Township Library

How Can I?

Get a Library Card

If you live in Andalusia Township you may get a library card free of charge, as part of your tax-supported library service. If you aren't sure if your address is in our service area, please call the library at 309-798-2542. Non-residents may obtain a library card by paying the non-resident fee currently in effect.

Your library card allows you to borrow materials from us and from most other public libraries in Illinois.

To get a library card, come to the Circulation Desk at the library and fill out a short application. Please bring two forms of identification that indicate your current address, including one with a photo if possible. Children under 18 must have a parent's or guardian's signature.

Renew Books

Items may be renewed through your online PrairieCat account.  They may also be renewed by phone, e-mail, or in person.  Please provide your name or card number, the date due, author, and title.

An item may be renewed once, unless there is a hold on it.   Magazines cannot be renewed.
